The Senior course is based on the model Hannah. This course gets into the building of the model completely from scratch. Using the plans drawn by Harold Hahn, frames and keel are first built. Then a jig is constructed that will hold all of the framework in proper alignment until planking can be installed. The course takes you through the entire construction of an admiralty style model. Deck framing and deck furniture are covered as well. And the course includes approximately 30 minutes of video clips showing how to make a frame.

This course does require a number of power tools such as a thickness sander, miniature table saw and scroll saw. Since this is an advanced course, only modelers with the tools and previous advanced kit experience should attempt this course. Plans and wood must be purchased separately from Harold Hahn and HobbyMill Corp (our recommended wood supplier).

This course comes on two CD's and there are 15 chapters covering hull construction only.
