The College of Model Shipbuilding™ is an exclusive product of the Lauck Street Shipyard. The college consists of a series of courses that teach every aspect of model shipbuilding. Each course is based on a specific subject model and courses are progressive in nature. You will learn new skills and techniques from each of our courses. And as you learn, these techniques can be carried forward to other model ships you wish to build. New material is covered in each course. And all courses come on CD in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format. You progress at your own rate and we provide a private forum for each course where you can ask questions and get assistance at any time. Each course contains hundreds of color photos showing every aspect of construction of the subject model. Step by step instructions explain how to build the model and the photos show the construction. Additional color drawings are also often included to clarify assembly. Optional photo CD's are also available for each course. These CD's contain every photo taken of the subject model as it was being built and some of the photos on these CD's are not included in the course. All photos are in high resolution JPEG format.
