Yes, we will ship your kit to an international address. But we do have certain policies for international shipping. Please read these policies first.

We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain International orders because we have a policy of not doing business in certain foreign countries. It is best that you check with us first before placing an order if you are an International customer.

Our normal shipping charges for a kit to any US or Canadian address is just $30.00. This charge is automatically added to the order during checkout. However, even if the shipping address is an international address, our system cannot calculate the actual shipping charges during the checkout process.

Once we have packaged a kit going to an international address that we accept sales from, we will take it to our shipping agent and obtain a list of shipping options and charges based on the kit's actual weight, size and your shipping address. We wil send you an email with this information so that you can decide which method you would like us to use to ship your kit. Then you will be directed to pay the additional shipping charges using our kit payment page. When your full shipping charges have been paid, we will then ship your kit using the method you decided on.

International shipping can be expensive. Please keep this in mind. We can usually ship to an international address via DHL or FedEx and this is the safest way to do so because such shipments can be tracked. Please note that we WILL NOT use the US Postal system to ship a kit as we have had kits lost by them. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES VIA PRIVATE CARRIERS, EITHER DHL, FEDEX OR UPS. You will also be responsible for paying any customs taxes/duties required by your destination country.

All kits shipped are insured for the purchase price. However, if your kit is lost or damaged, we cannot immediately ship another kit to you or refund your payment. But we will file the necessary paperwork with our shipping agent to process an insurance claim. Once that claim has been paid, we can either refund the money to you or ship another kit to you.

Again, because we have encountered problems with certain foreign countries outside the United States and Canada, we reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain International orders. We recommend that you contact us first before placing an order if you have an International billing or shipping address.
