Our Refund Policies

General:
The Lauck Street Shipyard LLC recognizes that at times a customer might not be pleased with one of our products and may wish to request a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Our products come on CD or DVD and have no copy protectioin. Due to the nature of our products, it is beyond our control to prevent copyright infringement. Customers may easily copy these CD's and DVD's or copy the files on them to their computer. Therefore, we cannot refund any purchase. Please keep this in mind before you make a purchase.

We do strive to provide quality products and service. We have sold to thousands of customers around the world. Anyone who does a Google search for our company will find testimonials from our customers.
