Our Refund Policy

The Lauck Street Shipyard does not give refunds on products purchased. Because all of our products are distributed on CD or DVD and no copy protection scheme is used to prevent our users from copying the data on these disks over to their computer's disk drive, it is not reasonable to expect us to give refunds as nothing prevents a user from making a copy of all data before returning the CD or DVD to us. We do however, provide a lifetime free replacement polcy of all of our products.
