Our website will always state our current refund policies and such policies shown here take precedence over any other policies that may appear within any of our products.

If your CD becomes damaged or defective, we will replace it absolutely free at any time.  Simply call or email us to request a free replacement CD. There will be no charges to you, even for postage or packaging.

Some of our produts are distributed on CD. These products are sold as software, not books or ebooks. Our software is distributed under a Software Licensing Agreement which is spelled out in the first chapter of the product, in the case of courses, practicums and mini-practicums. That licensing agreement states that when you purchase the product, you purchase it for life. This means that you cannot sell the product at a latter date or give it to someone else. If you feel that you cannot abide by our Software Licensing Agreement, you must mail the CD or CD's back to us within 24 hours after you have received them.  Failure to do so constitutes an assumed acceptance of the Software Licensing Agreement. This agreement applies to all products distributed on CD including photo CD's.

You may receive a refund of the purchase price of the product minus shipping and packaging costs if you do mail the CD or CD's back to us as just stated and you include a letter stating why you cannot accept the Software Licensing Agreement.  You must also state in your letter that you wish to receive a refund. Shipping charges and customary charges for repackaging the product will not be refunded.

In the case of a kit or plans or printed practicum, you will not receive a refund of the full purchase price.  You will be charged for any and all shipping costs incurred, packaging as well as PayPal fees incurred.  The kit or plans must be returned in their original boxes/containers and there can be no damage to them.  If damaged, additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount. You must also state why you are returning the product and you must request the refund.
